Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, selected NAVANA division and requirement details. Division-specific questions may also ask for a property or space type, preferred location, project stage, measurements or product category.
How it is used
NAVANA uses the information to understand and respond to your enquiry, route it to the selected division and discuss possible next steps. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive identity documents through the form.
Form processing
The website uses Web3Forms to transmit form submissions. Information entered in the form is therefore processed through that service before reaching NAVANA. You may contact a division directly by phone or WhatsApp instead of using the form.
Retention and requests
For questions about submitted information, correction or deletion requests, email navana.19east@gmail.com. A request may require reasonable verification so that information is not disclosed or deleted for the wrong person.
